QCCCC3333345AJI N,

Yet several weeks have passed since the 21-year old made any last blog post. what transpired in those past few weeks are as follows:

An investment worth some 90 odd million or so which started out quite promisingly has now run into several potholes. Now instead of relying on his partner to get the investments, our 21-year old has to source for the investments himself as well.t tttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttd z n'ohkjjnnnmmm mkjjm n vbn lkf,g5b qrtop;.o,oppp.;;/QQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQQAZ. aPOLOogies, the cute 0-year old decided to add something in herself as well.

..of dented cars and great anticipations

In the regular course of doing his work, this 21-year old came across a fantastic printer who can print his t-shirts for a very small fee. This opportunity came about as a result of him working for the Graduate Entrepreneur Development centre, who agreed to fund his old t-shirt selling business, provided that he get the students involved in the business as well.

In his excitement to view the t-shirt samples our 21-year old got into a very nasty bang-up with a car twice the size of his. Devastated and distraught at the damage to his car, our 21-year old nonetheless spoke with the other driver and decided to make a police report the following day. (FYI, the 21-year old was found to be at fault and had to pay a summon :( ). Anyway, he did get the samples eventually which were to his liking.

Thanking God Almighty and realising that He must be sending him a message, the 21-year old begins to reflect on his life. So he decides that he should probably be more committed and work (not enough maybe? hm?) and that he should be honest with his students. They deserve to know his age.

Upon telling them, he was met with dropped jaws and stunned faces. And A LOT of questions. Which he answered. Fortunately they did not think any less of him despite his age.

Still devastated by the damage to his car, the 21-year old continues to push forward. Now that he won't have a car for almost 1 month (as it is in the workshop) he has to figure out how to get around now... (beg his parents to lend their car? Hm?)

Anyway, there is an investment meeting just around the corner. The 21-year old hopes that it will be the answer to his current problems...

..of Graduate Entrepreneurs

As a young, 21-year old junior lecturer, our 21-year old tries his best to hamm it up in front of his students, in the hopes that they can be fooled into thinking he is MUCH older than he is. (Or so he thinks)

In his work at the University he comes across an organisation which deals with producing Graduate Entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs? Hm, that struck a chord. The 21-year old suddenly remembers his dreams.. his dreams to become rich!

Dropping all pending work, he heads over and volunteers his services. Unfortunately he cannot sign up as a student because he is an academic staff (although most of the students are his peers). Nonetheless he does get to lord it over the students there and act all smart and what not.

But that is besides the point.

Point is that the 21-year old finally has some guidance. Guidance comes in the form of the Wise 50-something, a very distant relative of the 21-year old who has agreed to help him start a successful business.

Another person helping him is also the Cool 24-year old, a young fella who has big dreams of starting a highly profitable fish farm.

Armed now with the proper guidance, our 21-year old seeks to build his wealth once again...

The 21-year-old Junior Lecturer

By pulling a few strings and making a lot of noise to the right people, the 21-year-old got himself a sweet position as a contract tutor with the oldest university in Malaysia, UM.

Part of his contract also stated that he sign up for a postgraduate course and thus he got to study for free as well.

Things were starting to look up for the 21-year-old.

Oh, and his wife was pregnant. And she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl shortly after the 21-year-old started his new job.

We shall call the baby the Cute 0-year-old.

The tutor's job paid about RM 3100, with benefits included, plus it was tax-free as his basic salary was below the taxable line.

As a tutor, the 21-year-old had the flexibility and the time to pursue other interests. Interests which he had long forgotten about during his years of corporate employment.

He resumed his journey to become rich.

the 21-year-old

Shortly after quitting his old job, through a series of unpredictable events, the 20-year old got married to the Sweet (now) 20-year old. Feeling both joy and uncertainty, due to the fact that he was unemployed, the 20-year old nonetheless persevered and his perseverance paid off.

Shortly after getting married, the 20-year old received a job offer from an investment bank. Realising that the paycheck was RM 3500 a month, the 20-year-old was overjoyed. God had answered his prayers! God had provided a job for him at his most dire time.

However, the job itself was a different story.

Extremely Long Hours, Extremely large workloads and Extremely stressful working conditions. Our young 20 (now 21) year old had to work weekends, public holidays and late nights. On a regular basis. This put stress not just on his relationship with his new wife, but with his relationship with his parents as well.

Eventually, unable to take the heat for much longer, the 21-year-old quit his job, took his last paycheck and set his mind on a much better prospect.

the 20-year-old

Dejected following his business' failure, the 19-year-old did what any teenager with an accounting degree would do.

He started working.

Working as a consultant was fine at first, mainly because he got RM 3375 a month. This was HUGE money for the young teenager, considering that a little over 2 years ago he was practically scraping for just RM 30.

However, with work comes responsibilities and not to mention forced rent payments to his parents. (50% of his salary was given to his parents as 'rent' for staying with them). Being the naive teenager that he was, the 19-year-old dutifully paid his rent every month.

Upon turning 20, the (now) 20-year-old realises that work is really not fun at all. Long hours and tight deadlines gave the 20-year-old much stress and also put a strain on his relationship with the sweet 18 (now 19) year-old.

Through a series of poor quality work, tardiness and horrible colleagues, our young 20-year-old managed to get himself shown the door after a little over a year at work. Feeling horribly dejected, the 20-year nonetheless pulled himself together and vowed to do better at whatever comes next.

But despite these setbacks, the 20-year-old did finally get a taste of money but whatever he earned, most of it is stuck with his parents who may (or may not) release the 'rent' funds to him.

Pushing forward with God in his heart and his girl by his side, the 20-year-old continues to search for ways to increase his own wealth and those around him.
